- After you and your family finish your delicious gallon of milk, use the empty container to create a Gallon Jack O’ Lantern. It’s simple and fun!

Eligibility: All Arizona and Nevada schools registered with Fuel Up To Play 60 (FUTP60) through Dairy Council of Arizona and Dairy Council of Nevada. Eligible schools registered with FUTP60 in Las Cruces, NM, Gallup, NM, Silver City, NM, and El Paso TX, employees of National Dairy Council, NFL Entities (as defined below), their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies or other individuals engaged in the development, production, or distribution of promotion materials and persons who are immediate family or who reside in the same household as persons in the preceding categories are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
Contest Period: Contest runs from October 7, 2019 to November 11, 2019. Winners will be notified by November 31, 2019.
Prize: Visit from NFL player to two winning schools and $5000 grant towards Nutrition Services Equipment and Health & Wellness programs. FUTP60 schools with the most submissions from the Catalina coupon entry form in each state will be selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Sponsors in the event that a prize (or part thereof) cannot be awarded, in which case Sponsors will at their sole discretion award a prize (or part thereof) of equal or greater value.
How to Enter and Win: Purchase a gallon of milk in a single $100 transaction at Albertson and Safeway stores and earn a Catalina Coupon printout entry form. Enter picture of Ghoul or Goblin holding their Milk Jug Jack O’Lantern onto website and select FUTP60 school of choice. School with the most eligible entries will win $5,000 grant towards FUTP60 program and an NFL player visit. Each eligible gallon purchased in a single $100 transaction will earn an additional coupon entry.
