Whey Protein Carrot Cake Balls
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup grated carrot
- 1/2 cup whey protein
- 8 pitted dates
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup water
Instructions
- Add ingredients to a food processor & pulse until the mixture is fully combined.
- Roll the mixture into balls and consume straight away or refrigerate to set.
- Enjoy!
