Vanilla Bean Cupcakes

Vanilla Bean Cupcakes
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 2 tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
- 3 tbsp pure vanilla
- 3/4 cups olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 cups whole milk
Instructions
- Whisk dry ingredients.
- Add wet ingredients to the dry & whisk.
- Pour into cupcake liners.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
