Quattro Formaggio Pizza

Quattro Formaggio Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • 275g dough ball stretched to about 12"
  • 90g pizza sauce
  • 80g shredded whole milk mozzarella
  • 20g shredded asiago
  • 10g shredded Parmesan Reggiano
  • 20g crumbled gorgonzola

Instructions
 

  • Bake for 6-10 min at 500 degrees until the desired color is achieved on a pre-heated pizza stone!
