Quattro Formaggio Pizza
Ingredients
- 275g dough ball stretched to about 12"
- 90g pizza sauce
- 80g shredded whole milk mozzarella
- 20g shredded asiago
- 10g shredded Parmesan Reggiano
- 20g crumbled gorgonzola
Instructions
- Bake for 6-10 min at 500 degrees until the desired color is achieved on a pre-heated pizza stone!
