Post Run Smoothie
This smoothie is easy, quick and filled with nutrients to refuel post run. Smoothie is courtesy of Ryan Sullivan, an avid runner and racer based in Reno, NV. Post Run Smoothie
Ingredients
- 5 Frozen Whole milk ice cubes
- 1 Cup Fruit (like berries)
- 1 Scoop Whey protein powder
- 1 Cup Spinach
- 1 Cup Water
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the blender, blend and enjoy!
