Parmesan Kale Chips
Getting a nutritional and delicious afternoon snack in after school is the perfect way to hold your kids over before dinner. 🥬 Not only are these chips crispy, delicious and easy to make but they’re also packed with essential nutrients! Parmesan Kale Chips
Ingredients
- 1 large bunch of kale
- olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- freshly grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Wash & chop your kale up into bite sized pieces.
- Drizzle or brush the kale with olive oil & sprinkle salt and garlic powder.
- Add to your air fryer and cook at 300 degrees for 5 minutes.
- Mix your kale up and add back into the air fryer for 3 more minutes.
- Add your freshly grated parmesan cheese to taste & enjoy!
