Orange Pineapple Smoothie

Packed with dairy and vitamin C this smoothie is both nutritious and delicious making it a perfect treat any time of the day!


  • 12 oz orange juice
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 1/4 cups vanilla yogurt


  • Combine orange juice, pineapple chunks (drained, if canned) and yogurt in a blender. 
  • Blend on high speed until frothy, approximately 2-3 minutes.

  • Serve immediately and enjoy!


Try adding peaches or other seasonal fruit for delicious variations of this!
