- 1 cup fresh mango, diced
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp white sugar
- Add all the ingredients to the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
Try adding a dash of ginger or cinnamon.
