Lemon Posset with Fresh Berries
Ingredients
- 3 cups cream
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- fresh berries of choice
Instructions
- Heat cream and sugar together until boiling.
- Take off heat and stir in lemon juice.
- Pour into jars.
- Spoon your fresh berries on top to your liking.
