Grilled Cheese Sandwich
A true classic and go to comfort food, this cheesy treat is sure to be a repeat!
Ingredients
- 4 slices bread of choice
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Generously butter one side of a slice of bread.
- Add a bit of butter to the skillet as well.
- Place bread butter-side-down onto the skillet and add 1-2 slices of cheese.
- Butter a second slice of bread on one side and place butter-side-up on top of the sandwich.
- Grill until lightly browned and flip.
- Continue grilling until the cheese is melted.
- Repeat with the remaining 2 slices of bread, or however many sandwiches you decide to make.
- Enjoy!
Notes
Try adding tomatoes and avocado to the sandwich to sneak some veggies in too!
