Easy Blueberry & Thyme Ice Cream

Equipment

  • Mason Jar
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Measuring Cups

Ingredients
  

Blueberry Thyme Sauce

  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 3 tbs sugar
  • 3 sprigs thyme

Blueberry & Thyme Mason Jar Ice Cream

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbs sugar
  • 1 cup Nevada dairy based heaving whipping cream
  • 3 tbs bluerry thyme sauce

Instructions
 

Blueberry Thyme Sauce

  • Add blueberries, sugar and thyme to a pot.
  • Cook on low heat over a stove covered for 10 minutes.

Blueberry & Thyme Mason Jar Ice Cream

  • Add vanilla extract, sugar, and Nevada dairy-based whipping cream to a mason jar.
  • Screw lid on tightly and shake for 5 minutes.
  • Add blueberry thyme sauce and mix in.
  • Now freeze & enjoy!
