Chocolate Chip Pizookie

  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • Your favorite ice cream!


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly butter a small cast iron skillet.
  • In a medium bowl, add melted butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar. Mix together until well combined.
  • Stir in the egg. Add flour, vanilla, salt, baking soda, and mix until completely combined.
  • Add in your chocolate chips and stir until combined. Pour the batter into your buttered skillet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are crispy and the center is cooked through.
  • Let it cool slightly before topping with your favorite ice cream!
