Chocolate Chip Pizookie

Chocolate Chip Pizookie
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Your favorite ice cream!
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly butter a small cast iron skillet.
- In a medium bowl, add melted butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar. Mix together until well combined.
- Stir in the egg. Add flour, vanilla, salt, baking soda, and mix until completely combined.
- Add in your chocolate chips and stir until combined. Pour the batter into your buttered skillet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are crispy and the center is cooked through.
- Let it cool slightly before topping with your favorite ice cream!
