Bacon Breakfast Pizza
Breakfast pizza can be a quick and easy brunch idea that will be sure to grab your family’s attention. Plus, the options for variation from cheese to hot sauce make this even better.
Ingredients
- Pizza crust of choice
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 6 Large eggs
- 2 Tbsp water or milk for creamier eggs
- 3 oz chopped bacon or packaged bacon bits
- 1 cup shredded Monterey or Pepper Jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Lightly grease a 1-in deep pan.
- Press dough into the pan, poke dough all over with a fork.
- Lightly oil dough and bake ~8 minutes, or precook based on dough directions.
- Whisk eggs and water (or milk) together in a medium bowl.
- Heat remaining oil in a medium nonstick skillet.
- Add egg mixture and cook eggs until desired thickness.
- Spoon eggs over pizza crust.
- Sprinkle with bacon bits and cheese.
- Bake another ~6 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Cut into pieces and serve!
Notes
Try changing out the bacon for sausage, Canadian bacon or veggies!
