Easy Blueberry & Thyme Ice Cream

Ingredients
Blueberry Thyme Sauce
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 3 tbs sugar
- 3 sprigs thyme
Blueberry & Thyme Mason Jar Ice Cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbs sugar
- 1 cup Nevada dairy based heaving whipping cream
- 3 tbs bluerry thyme sauce
Instructions
Blueberry Thyme Sauce
- Add blueberries, sugar and thyme to a pot.
- Cook on low heat over a stove covered for 10 minutes.
Blueberry & Thyme Mason Jar Ice Cream
- Add vanilla extract, sugar, and Nevada dairy-based whipping cream to a mason jar.
- Screw lid on tightly and shake for 5 minutes.
- Add blueberry thyme sauce and mix in.
- Now freeze & enjoy!
