Vanilla Bean Cupcakes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
  • 3 tbsp pure vanilla
  • 3/4 cups olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups whole milk

Instructions
 

  • Whisk dry ingredients.
  • Add wet ingredients to the dry & whisk.
  • Pour into cupcake liners.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
