Grilled Cheese Sandwich

A true classic and go to comfort food, this cheesy treat is sure to be a repeat!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices bread of choice
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Generously butter one side of a slice of bread.
  • Add a bit of butter to the skillet as well.
  • Place bread butter-side-down onto the skillet and add 1-2 slices of cheese.
  • Butter a second slice of bread on one side and place butter-side-up on top of the sandwich.
  • Grill until lightly browned and flip.
  • Continue grilling until the cheese is melted.
  • Repeat with the remaining 2 slices of bread, or however many sandwiches you decide to make.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Try adding tomatoes and avocado to the sandwich to sneak some veggies in too!
