Grilled Cheese Sandwich
A true classic and go to comfort food, this cheesy treat is sure to be a repeat!

Ingredients
4
slices
bread of choice
3
Tbsp
butter
4
slices
Cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Generously butter one side of a slice of bread.
Add a bit of butter to the skillet as well.
Place bread butter-side-down onto the skillet and add 1-2 slices of cheese.
Butter a second slice of bread on one side and place butter-side-up on top of the sandwich.
Grill until lightly browned and flip.
Continue grilling until the cheese is melted.
Repeat with the remaining 2 slices of bread, or however many sandwiches you decide to make.

Notes
Try adding tomatoes and avocado to the sandwich to sneak some veggies in too!
