Bacon Breakfast Pizza
Breakfast pizza can be a quick and easy brunch idea that will be sure to grab your family’s attention. Plus, the options for variation from cheese to hot sauce make this even better.

Ingredients
Pizza crust of choice

olive oil

eggs

water or milk for creamier eggs

chopped bacon or packaged bacon bits
1
cup
shredded Monterey or Pepper Jack cheese
1
cup
shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°.
Lightly grease a 1-in deep pan.
Press dough into the pan, poke dough all over with a fork.
Lightly oil dough and bake ~8 minutes, or precook based on dough directions.
Whisk eggs and water (or milk) together in a medium bowl.
Heat remaining oil in a medium nonstick skillet.
Add egg mixture and cook eggs until desired thickness.
Spoon eggs over pizza crust.
Sprinkle with bacon bits and cheese.
Bake another ~6 minutes until cheese is melted.
Cut into pieces and serve!
Notes
Try changing out the bacon for sausage, Canadian bacon or veggies!
