Veggie Egg Bites

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Muffin pan

Ingredients
  

  • 7 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped baby greens
  • 1/4 cup halved grape tomatoes
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Crack eggs into a mixing bowl. Add milk and salt & pepper to taste and whisk together.
  • Add shredded cheese, chopped baby greens, and halved grape tomatoes to your muffin pan.
  • Pour your egg mixture into each slot of the muffin pan.
  • Bake egg bites for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • Let them stand for 3 minutes after cooking & enjoy!
