Preheat the oven to 375° F. Butter and lightly flour a 13x9 inch baking pan. Set aside.
Mix the parmesan cheese and milk in a bowl until it is well combined and set aside.
Separate the egg whites from the yolk. Beat the egg whites with a mixer until soft peaks form.
While continuing to beat at low speed, add the egg yolks, one at a time.
On a third bowl, sift the flour and baking powder together. Add the sugar and cinnamon and stir. Add the egg white and yolk mixture and mix well until the flour is well incorporated.
Add the sour cream, melted butter, and the milk and cheese mixture. Mix until it is smooth.
Pour the batter in the baking pan and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 25-40 minutes until a skewer put into the center comes out clean.
Let it cool before unmolding and cut into 14 slices. Enjoy!
