Lemon Posset with Fresh Berries

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cream
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • fresh berries of choice

Instructions
 

  • Heat cream and sugar together until boiling.
  • Take off heat and stir in lemon juice.
  • Pour into jars.
  • Spoon your fresh berries on top to your liking.
